Perhaps it would be consistent if cards with similar borders were placed together which would make it easier to find particular cards.

By all means, please do so......
If you are good in WORD or NOTEPAD, you can download the file called FLOWERS.TXT, edit it and then manually REPLACE the whole document instead of just editing it. Remember to upload the new FLOWERS.TXT file to replace the existing one.
